Just took my Kia PHEV for its first service and thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided to customers. I thought dealerships had all stopped complimentary wash/vacuum services, so was pleasantly surprised to have it offered. Kia Victoria goes above and beyond, and it makes a big difference to the customer experience!
