The staff at KIA Victoria are working hard throughout the current global crisis to keep our KIA Family safe. The situation is rapidly changing, and we are closely following the guidelines of the public health authorities as well as the Provincial and Federal Governments.

NO-CONTACT SERVICE PROCESS
While our main priority is to keep our staff and clients safe, we continue to be passionate about ensuring vehicle safety. Understanding this, we have developed processes that allow for service interactions that guard our safety as well as your own.
The service and parts department is open. We are following recommendations from Provincial and Federal Health Authorities: we use use a strict hourly sanitization schedule, and have installed plexiglass barriers and physical floor markers to ensure full compliance with social distancing recommendations.
However, for those who prefer, we have developed a No-Contact Service Process, where you don't even need to step foot in the dealership.

ONLINE SALES PROGRAM
While we understand that buying a vehicle may not be a priority for most people right now, it is a necessity for some. Understanding this, we have developed processes that allow for safer sales interactions.

We recognize that these are tough economic times for many people in Greater Victoria. KIA Canada has taken immediate, decisive action to help its lease, loan, and service customers that are facing hardship as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.
If you are experiencing financial hardship because of COVID-19, and you are in a lease or finance contract, we may be able to help.
If you have been impacted by COVID-19 and your vehicle requires servicing, we have a few options that may make it easier to have your vehicle serviced or repaired.
SAFETY AROUND THE DEALERSHIP
Safety is KIA Victoria’s top priority: we are committed to providing a safe environment for all.
Our dealership facilities have always been given a full clean nightly, and a light clean throughout the day. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, KIA Victoria has taken precautionary measures to greatly expand and increase the frequency of our dealership sanitization. We have also installed rigorous social distancing measures through the facility to ensure everyone's safety at all times.

We are offering early morning service and sales appointments to seniors and those particularly susceptible to the virus. The main benefit is that the dealership will be freshly sanitized by our evening cleaning crew, most of our staff will not yet be there, and customer volume is minimal. Since taking over Graham Kia in October 2019, our mandate at has been to help our community in every way we can. Right now, we find ourselves in a position where business is very much affected by the crisis. And so, with many cars begging for a trip off the lot, and many hands with little to do, we have been giving back as best we can during this unprecedented time.
Firstly, we have partnered with the Mustard Seed to serve those most in need. For the month of April, service centre customers can donate $5 on their service invoice and KIA Victoria will match it. Those who bring in non-perishable food for the Mustard Seed will receive $5 off their service bill. Not in need of a service this month? Anyone wishing to contribute can drop off food or donations at the dealership. We are also willing to pick up donations around Victoria for those who can’t leave home but would still like to contribute.
Secondly, Kia Victoria staff are picking up groceries and prescriptions for people who aren’t able to be out and about, such as those with compromised immune systems, seniors, or health care workers.
