While we understand that buying a vehicle may not be a priority for most people right now, it is a necessity for some. We are adhering to recommendations from Provincial and Federal Health Authorities: the dealership is open, is using a strict hourly sanitization schedule, has clearly defined protocol as well as physical indicators for social distancing.

However, for those who prefer, we have developed processes that allow for safer sales interactions including our all-new ONLINE SALES PROGRAM.

Step 1) Select your vehicle

Use our inventory listings to select the Right Vehicle. Click on the “confirm availability” link to ensure vehicle is available. At this point, we strongly recommend that you contact one of our Sales Associates to assist in ensuring that you have selected the Right Vehicle for your family and lifestyle. Their extensive knowledge of the products as well as their no-pressure, consultative approach makes our Sales Team ideally suited to help in the selection process. If we don’t have exactly what you are looking for, we can either acquire it from Kia Canada’s reserve inventory, find it at another dealership, or order it to be built specifically for you.

Step 2) Optional Test Drive

If you want to test-drive the vehicle prior to purchasing we will bring the vehicle to you. We will ensure that it is disinfected and safe, maintain a safe distance, allow you to drive the vehicle, and then take it away. Kia Victoria also offers both a 72-hour full refund return policy as well as a 14-day used vehicle exchange program so you can be confident and protected if you choose to not test drive the vehicle up front.

Step 3) Trade Appraisal

Let us appraise your trade. Use our Appraise your Trade form. We just need some basic information to start the process. If required, we will request pictures or, in rare cases, come to you and appraise the vehicle in-person. Our inventory management system makes appraisals fair, completely transparent, and easy. We will walk you through all of this.

Step 4) Finance or Leasing options

Once we have confirmed availability and appraised your trade, we will present you with multiple payment options to best suit your needs and budget. We will disclose and explain every penny and ensure that you are comfortable and prepared to move forward.

Step 5) Credit Application

Once you are satisfied with the pricing, trade value, and payment options, one of our Financial Services Managers will reach out to you and complete all the necessary preparations for your new vehicle. They will review all of your options and ensure that the transaction is simple and efficient.

Step 6) Delivery

After all of the paperwork is approved and the vehicle is prepared, we will bring your new car and all the documents to you. We will have a prepared package of documents for you to complete while we maintain a safe distance. Once the paperwork is  done, we will leave you a shiny and completely disinfected new (or new to you) vehicle and take your trade in away with us.
