Kia Soul Research Guide

The Highlights

Winner of the 2020 World Urban Car of the Year, the Kia Soul is one to keep on your list. It’s is a 5-seater subcompact crossover SUV that first hit Canadian roads in 2009.

The Soul sits in the SUV line-up at about the same size as Kia Niro, but smaller than the Kia Seltos. It sits higher than the Niro, and has slightly smaller trunk space. But if you’re looking for cargo with benefits – the Soul has a trunk floor that raises or lowers depending on your needs (110+ litres difference).

The Soul gives you the convenience of a crossover coupled with aggressive front end styling, and the iconic “box” shape offers an unrivaled spacious experience for passengers and cargo alike.
