We have three potential meetings together. However, if you’re buying from out of town, we can handle most of the process remotely.

What Happens in the Finance Office
Your Financial Services Manager will:
- Prepare and review lease or loan documents
- Complete all paperwork for licensing and vehicle registration
- Recommend tailored warranty and protection options for you and your lifestyle
- Arrange ICBC insurance onsite for your convenience
We take the time to understand your needs, lifestyle, and driving habits so we only recommend products that make sense for you.
What to Bring
If You’re Paying with Cash
- Valid ID (BC Driver’s Licence, BC ID, or Canadian Passport)
- Insurance papers and plates (if transferring)
We’re legally required to do a quick cash interview for all cash purchases to comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering laws.
If You’re Financing or Leasing
Your Financial Services Manager will:
- Two most recent pay stubs
- Valid ID (BC Driver’s Licence, BC ID, or Canadian Passport)
- Void cheque or pre-authorized debit form
- Rent/mortgage information
- Employment and income details
- Insurance papers and plates (if transferring)
We’ll conduct a confidential credit interview and submit your application to Kia Motors Financial and other lenders to secure the best possible terms.

Once your financing or lease is approved:
